For independent podcasters. US, UK, Australia and Canada.
Your episodes, written up.
The writing after each episode is the part that never gets done: the transcript, the chapters with times, the notes, the title, the description, the posts. Send us your feed and 4 episodes. We listen to the audio and send it all back, ready to paste, in 2 days. $29.

Why it matters
Apple now writes your transcript. It does not write your chapters, notes or title.
What YouTube requires
YouTube's help page says chapters need “at least three timestamps listed in ascending order”, the first “starts with 00:00”, and “the minimum length for video chapters is 10 seconds”. Our chapter list is written to that rule, so it pastes straight into the description.
What Apple says chapters do
Apple's creator page says chapters “significantly enhance the listener experience of your podcast by improving navigation and engagement”, and that with transcripts listeners can “search the episode for a specific word or phrase”. Chapters are yours to supply.
The episodes already out
Every episode sitting without notes, chapters or a searchable description is one a new listener cannot find or skim. A pack covers 4 of them in 2 days; order again for the next 4.
Sources: YouTube Help, “Video Chapters” (quoted words) and Apple Podcasts for Creators, “Transcripts on Apple Podcasts” (quoted words), both read on 15 October 2026. We cannot promise downloads, rankings or sponsors.
How it works
Three steps. That is it.
Send your feed
Fill in the short form below with your RSS feed or Apple/Spotify link and the 4 episodes you want. Public episodes only. Never your hosting login.
We listen and write
We transcribe each episode from the audio on our own machine, proofread it, then write the chapters, notes, titles, description and social lines from what was actually said, with the minute it was said.
You paste it in
In 2 days you get one PDF and one paste sheet, plus per episode a transcript TXT, an SRT caption file and a chapters TXT. Paste into your host, YouTube and Apple. About 5 minutes an episode.
What you get
Per episode, all four.
Full text, proofread
A transcript with minute marks and an SRT caption file, made from the audio and then proofread: names, numbers and acronyms corrected against anything you have published, filler left out where it hurts reading.
Timestamped, pasteable
Chapters in the YouTube and Apple format. Show notes with a summary, key points with times, every resource and name mentioned with the minute it came up, and 3 pull quotes.
3 titles, a description, 5 lines
Three title options, an episode description under 4,000 characters, and 5 social post lines, each written from a real moment in the episode. Nothing generic, nothing invented.
The price
One price. Four episodes.
- 4 episodes, up to 90 minutes each (longer ones count as two)
- Per episode: transcript TXT and SRT, timestamped chapters, show notes, 3 pull quotes
- Per episode: 3 title options, a description under 4,000 characters, 5 social lines

Plain truth: we work only from your public episode audio. We never ask for your hosting login and never post anything for you. We cannot promise downloads, rankings or sponsors. Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube are trademarks of their owners; we are not connected to them.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do you need my hosting login?
No. Never. We work from the public audio in your feed, the same file a listener gets. You paste the chapters, notes and description into your host yourself; about 5 minutes an episode.
How accurate is the transcript?
We transcribe from the audio, then proofread: names, numbers and acronyms are corrected, and we check them against anything you have published. The sample on this site was made exactly that way from a NASA episode.
Which episodes?
Any 4 public episodes, up to 90 minutes each. An episode over 90 minutes counts as two. Interview, solo or panel, any topic that is safe for work.
Will the notes sound like my show?
Yes. Everything is written from what was actually said, with the minute it was said. Tell us your tone in the form (plain, playful, formal) and we match it.
Which countries?
The US, the UK, Australia and Canada. Prices are $29, £24, A$45 and C$39. English-language episodes for now.
How do I pay?
By card, through Whop, using the Buy buttons above. The checkout asks for your feed link and episodes. Or send the form first and we email you the pay link with your order code.
Can you promise more downloads?
No, and anyone who does is guessing. We can promise a proofread transcript, chapters that paste straight in, and notes written from the episode, not a template.
Refund policy
Fair, in plain words.
If the pack arrives later than 2 days after payment, or you are not happy with it within 7 days and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
Order
Send your feed.
Takes one minute. We reply with your order code and the pay link for your country.
